Attend at your own risk.

This event may include sports, exercise, massage/bodywork, haircuts, food, outdoor park conditions, traffic nearby, uneven ground, weather, and normal public-event risks.

Indemnify and hold harmless

By registering for, attending, participating, volunteering, leading a team, bringing a guest, or otherwise being present at this event, you voluntarily accept all known and unknown risks connected with the Health & Wellness Event, the flag football fundraiser, and any related event activities.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Michael, 2nd Breath CPR LLC, R&R + TLC, event organizers, sponsors, hosts, churches, ministries, ministry partners, businesses, leaders, volunteers, referees, participants, staff, representatives, property owners, vendors, service providers, affiliates, and all associated individuals or organizations.
  • This release includes claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, actions, or causes of action related to injury, illness, property damage, negligence, accident, loss, disability, or death, whether caused by yourself, another participant, a volunteer, an organizer, a third party, weather, site conditions, equipment, food, sports, or any other circumstance.
  • You agree not to bring, support, or participate in any claim or lawsuit against any released party arising from or related to the event. You also agree that no family member, representative, heir, estate, agent, associate, or other person may bring a claim on your behalf to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • You are responsible for deciding whether any activity is safe for you. Stop, sit out, or ask for help if something does not feel right.

Media, conduct, and removal

Photos, video, and audio may be recorded during the event and used by the organizers, sponsors, or ministry partners for recap, ministry, fundraising, training, or promotional purposes.

  • You consent to being recorded and to the use of your name, image, voice, likeness, and participation, without payment or further approval.
  • You agree to follow posted rules, verbal instructions, park rules, safety directions, and basic standards of respectful conduct.
  • If you refuse directions, act unsafely, harass others, damage property, or disrupt the event, organizers may ask you to leave, bar you from future events, contact law enforcement, or pursue civil remedies.
